Landscaping Really Does Make Much Of A Difference

A well-designed landscape invites customers, producing higher occupancy rates and increased rentals.
Trees bring natural elements and wildlife habitats into urban surroundings, all of which increase the quality of life for residents of the community.
A proper landscape can improve air quality through the use of trees, shrubs, and turf by helping to remove dust and other particulates that we breathe.
Proper selection and placement of plant material can lower heating and cooling costs by as much as 20%.
In warmer climates, the goal is to block the summer sun while channeling the summer breezes. During summer, one large tree can absorb as much heat as several window air conditioners and can lower temperature by ten degrees.
